Short version: you give us a few details so we can hold your free drink and Level Zero Clearance. We use them for that. We don’t sell them. Ever.
Who we are
Elixirs Drink Lab is a family-owned drink trailer based in Benton, Kentucky. “We” and “us” on this page means Elixirs Drink Lab.
What we collect
When you sign up on this site:
- Your first and last name and email address (required).
- Your mobile number and ZIP code, if you choose to give them.
- The date you signed up, and that you agreed to hear from us by tapping “Claim my free drink.”
- If you arrived from one of our posts or links, we note which one. That’s your sign-up source tag.
- Repeat sign-up attempts with the same phone number. One free drink per person. We noticed.
- Your personal claim code and its QR code, for your free drink.
- A separate referral link and code of your own, for sending friends our way.
- Who referred you, if you signed up through a friend’s link.
- Any 10% reward codes we email you for referring friends.
- When a reward is redeemed, so it only gets used once.
This site doesn’t run ads or ad tracking, and it doesn’t use cookies to follow you around the internet.
We use cookie-free analytics to see how the site’s used. No personal info, no tracking across sites.
How we use it
- To hold your free drink and Level Zero Clearance. They’re tied to the email or phone number you signed up with.
- To email you Lab news, the opening date, and founder perks.
- To text you Lab Drops and where the trailer is parked, if you gave us your mobile number.
- To figure out where to park the trailer. That’s what the ZIP code is for.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and tap “Claim my free drink,” you agree to get recurring automated marketing texts from Elixirs Drink Lab at the number you gave us. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We don’t sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.
Who else sees it
We use an email and text service provider to store the sign-up list and send our messages. They handle your info only to do that job for us. Beyond that, we only share info if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Unsubscribing only stops messages. It doesn’t remove your free drink or Level Zero Clearance.
- Your free drink: one per person, any size. Add-ons cost extra. Sign up before opening day and claim it within 30 days after opening day. Referrals: 10% off your entire order for each friend who signs up through your link, good within 30 days after opening day. One reward per visit. Rewards never combine with each other or with any other discount or offer.
- Want us to update or delete your info? Email us at hello@elixirsdrinklab.com or reply to any email from us and ask. Note that deleting your info also removes your free drink and Level Zero Clearance, since that’s how we know they’re yours.
Kids
Sign-ups are meant for people 13 and older. If we learn we’ve collected info from a child under 13, we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
